Be dazzled by a St Patrick’s Day story of myth, mystery, and magic

The penguins, Percival and Jethro, are confronted by the image of the Alien. It shows itself simply as a head and is able to communicate with them using mental telepathy. Not just words, but sounds and images as well. It relates that it has adopted the name Condo, short for Condere, after an Irish warrior and storyteller of legend. The penguins are standing outside the cavern on the ice and there are other penguins to be seen. But Condo speaks only to Percival and Jethro.

Politicians panic in case someone has tested a new nuclear device

Jethro and Percival, the penguins are in deep trouble. They have ventured under the ice cap in Antarctica looking for the sources of strange sounds they had heard on deep dives. Inside a large cave, three miles under the ice cap, they found a secret door and when they opened it, they triggered a blast of radioactivity. The two brave adventurers are now glowing in the dark and their submarine is clearly compromised.
